Book Description
Easy Steps to Chinese for Kids is a series of Chinese textbooks specifically designed for kids from non-Chinese backgrounds. It covers four levels, each of which is made up of two volumes: a and b (each with a CD). This series has four characters in it, namely Ding Yi, Tian Li, Jingjing and Lele, who are primary school students from China and abroad. Beautifully designed illustrations, simple sentences and dialogues and lovely songs among other means are adopted to develop the kids’ interest in learning Chinese and help them lay a solid Chinese foundation by mastering such fundamental Chinese knowledge as numbers, basic strokes, self-introduction and daily expressions. Chinese culture is introduced on the last two pages of each volume together with some color stickers for practice. Each volume comes with a CD with all the lessons and songs on it.
This is Textbook 2a (French Edition) in the series, with altogether 7 lessons encompassing such topics as brothers and sisters, friends, colors and hobbies, etc. It can be used in the first semester of Year 2 at primary school.
About the Author
Ms. Yamin Ma, with a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and a master’s degree in Education, is now teaching Chinese in an international school in Hong Kong. Ms. Ma has many years' experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and knows well about the AP Chinese Program in the US and the IB Chinese Test in Europe. Her research involves English teaching, Chinese teaching and educational psychology. She has presented or published papers on international seminars many times.

本套教材围绕丁一、田力、京京和乐乐4个中外小学生的故事展开，用精美的插图、简短的句子和对话、优美的歌曲等生动的形式培养起学生学习汉语的兴趣，使其轻松打好汉语学习的基础，掌握如数字、汉字基本笔画、家庭成员、日常用语等汉语知识。每册最后还特意为学生配了2页跟中国文化有关的介绍和彩色贴纸，随书附赠的CD录有每课课文和歌曲。
本册为法文版课本2a，共7课，包括兄弟姐妹、朋友、玩具、常见的颜色、日常爱好等内容，适合海外小学二年级上学期使用。
作者简介
马亚敏，英国语言文学学士，教育学硕士。任教于香港国际学校。从事对外汉语教学多年，并长期追踪美国AP中文项目以及欧洲IB中文考试动态。学术研究涉及英语教学、汉语教学和教育心理学，多次在国际性研讨会上宣读或发表论文。
