This course features the practical application of the Chinese language by describing practical situations foreigners in China often come across. The situational dialogs represent day-to-day life with a special focus on the language in modern society, such as using the EMS(Express Mailing Service), using the Internet, and going to a Karaoke bar. The goal is to help learners imporve their oral Chinese skills for daily life and familiarize them with the actual living enviroment in China so that they can adapt themselves to the life and work in Chinese-Speaking regions. This course is suitable for Chinese language learners who have learned Chinese for 3 to 6 months, have a fundamental knowledge of the Chinese phonetics, and grasp basic Chinese Vocabulary.
